2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in PrizePulse competitions. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Competition Rules

• All competitions are games of skill
• Participants must purchase tickets to enter competitions
• Eliminations occur randomly according to the algorithm specified for each competition
• The last remaining participant wins the prize

4. Payments and Prizes

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Prizes will be awarded to the winner within 7 business days of competition completion. Prize amounts may vary based on ticket sales and competition parameters.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using automated systems to participate
• Attempting to manipulate competition outcomes
• Violating any laws or regulations

6. Account Termination

PrizePulse reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity. In such cases, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

PrizePulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
